Blue Stilton - crumbly, creamy, bold, expressive and thoroughly English. Very popular at Christmas, we have Blue Stilton pots and a massive wheel in store now. Blue Stilton is delicious melted into pasta and risotto or crumbled into a quiche or salad. For a cheese board, serve Blue Stilton with Tarago River Gippsland Brie, Barber's 1833 English Vintage Cheddar, muscatels, quince paste and lavosh. Enjoy with Tawny Port, a dessert wine or full bodied robust red wine such as Shiraz. Stilton pots are available at both stores with the wheel available to the Milton store.
