This five star product has graced the menus of great Brissie venues such as Otto, Blackbird Bar & Grill, Harveys & more, plus it's been given the nod by leading chefs Neil Perry & Heston Blumenthal. Raised by a fourth generation poultry farmers in the Brisbane Valley, these quail are hormone & antibiotic free, roaming freely in large barns. An easy dinner, we've been enjoying them marinated & barbecued with a cucumber & fennel salad. You can find them in the deli fridge.
