Catering Terms & ConditionsNotice: 24 hours notice is recommended, clients acknowledge that less than 24 hours notice may result in unavailability of some items. In the case of large orders, more than 24 hours notice may be required. We do our best to accommodate short notice catering. All items are subject to availability on short notice. Same day ordering or less than the minimum order will attract a 10% surcharge.
Presentation: All catering orders are presented on black foam trays or in window boxes. Stainless steel platters, timber planks or timber boards can be provided and will incur a hire charge. Breakages or loss must be paid for at replacement cost.
Delivery: Catering orders can be collected or delivered. Delivery charges apply in all cases, price for delivery can be quoted upon ordering.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required on large orders over $500.00. payment terms are strictly before a delivery or at collection by either by cash, eftpos, visa or amex, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a penalty of late cancellation on most orders. Late cancellation notice [ 4 hours or less ] will incur a 50% charge of the total order.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice, however prices are guaranteed at time of confirmation of your order. All prices include GST – a tax invoice will be issued on day of delivery/collection.
