A delicious spicy, spreadable cured salami made with pork & paprika. This Spanish version of Italian Nduja can be eaten raw but comes into it's own when served warm or used in cooking. Eat it smeared on crusty bread or add it's spicy flavour & deep red colour to a wide range of dishes from omelettes, pizza & pasta to meat, seafood & vegetables.
